We’re delighted at the prospect of Sarita Bansal guiding our yoga sessions this year! Sarita has danced for over 20 years and understands the strains we put on our bodies, so she will be bathing the Nighthawks site in relaxing yet energising vibes each morning.
She has been teaching Yoga, Contemporary Flow and Pilates for the past 10 years, and will take everyone (all levels, no need for experience) through a tailored sequence of stretch and flow to set you up for more dancing!
