Caroline took her first Yoga Class over twenty years ago and has returned to it throughout her life. Her flowing classes aim to challenge and strengthen the body with traditional poses while using more fluid sequencing to move between poses and around the mat. Her most popular classes are Yang to Yin which combine the best of both. For these, half the class is a dynamic practice where we burn off any excess energy before we slow down and settle into longer held stretches.
Caroline will be creating a tailor made class to help tired bodies and legs recover for more exertions on the dancefloor!
