Caroline has been practising yoga for over 20 years, finding it a powerful way to stretch and strengthen the body and quieten the mind. In 2021, she deepened her commitment to the practice by becoming a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, her diverse classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible to all levels. They are also tailored to support you in every phase of life. Each morning at Nighthawks she will take you through a series of stretches, poses and exercises, aimed at tired dancers, that will re-energise your limbs and prepare you for another day of partying!
